Governance · Editorial Standards

Independence Requires Responsibility.

SMPLY believes independent publishing becomes more powerful when audiences can trust what they are seeing.

What We Expect

Publishers participating in the SMPLY network are expected to distinguish editorial content from sponsored or commercial material and comply with applicable laws, platform requirements and campaign disclosure requirements.

Publishers remain responsible for the content they publish and their compliance with applicable platform policies and law.

What We Do Not Support

  • Intentionally deceptive content
  • Fabricated engagement
  • Impersonation
  • Manipulated performance metrics
  • Undisclosed commercial relationships where disclosure is legally required

Enforcement

SMPLY may reject, suspend or remove campaigns or network participants that violate applicable standards. Technology supports monitoring, but does not replace publisher, advertiser or creator responsibility.
